a .rad audio file to mp3 format?
I have searched all over the place and cant find the answer to this. Do any of you know?

You can use Super Encoder to convert audio/video into just about any format of audio/video in one step.

I know it handles .ra files (audio) and .ram files (movie), so it may also work with .rad files.

It should be able to do what you are needing. Plus its free!
