ok looking at up grading the two Processors are looking at are either the Intel:
INTEL E6850 1333FSB
INTEL Q6600 1066FSB

Mother boards I am thinking about unless someone has more suggestions:
ASUS P5KC LGA775 P35 1333
INTEL DQ35JOE P35 1333

I guess these are available at a local dealer but I know their maybe be better choice out there online so thought I ask .
my video card at current is a g force 7950 512 MB
memory wanting to buy 4 gigs memory using windows vista ultimate 32 bit.

This is a similar board to what I have, really like the layout of the board. Just keep in mind it's a little sensitive when it comes to RAM voltages.
