HM if this was for XP I might have been able to help you but i dont own Vista so i cant help you. The only thing that i can say that its vista and it still has a lot of bugs in it and that just might be your problem but thats just my idea.

Have you tried changing the time server? I've had similar issues and had to change mine. It took a few times of "update now" for it to sync. After that I haven't had any issues.

i tried all the time servers...none of them work...so there is no way to fix this?
