I keep getting disconnected

I have DSL and this just started happening about 3 hours ago, but around every 10-20 minutes, I get disconnected from the internet. I try to go to internet explorer and it just keeps flashing at me and I go into my control panel and it says there is no internet connection. My DSL says I am connected, but I am obviously not.

Anyone else experience this? or know how to solve it?

Are you running a software firewall or using a hardware firewall, like a router? If so, try eliminating each one of them as the cause first. Once you have done that, I suggest troubleshooting with your IPS

Hi Movie,

The problem may relate to your Malware problem that i am dealing with, so hang fire on doing anything yet.
Once we get that sorted, this problem will probably go away.
