Problem with Dr. Watsons and random Pop-ups

I was searching for some spyware in the C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder and came across an old friend, Dr. Watsons Postmortem Debugger. I used to have a problem with the, but I think I got rid of it. In that folder there is the icon for the regular dr. watsons and then the icon for the postmortem debugger. Whenever I try to delete the postmortem debugger it always recreates itself. I have even done shift+delete and it still comes back. Can somebody tell me how to permanetely delete this file. I also have problems with 3-4 random pop ups when I start my computer. Hi punkrocktuba. You cannot get rid of DrWatson. It is part of the operating system and doing the job it is meant to do. Whenever there is a fatal program crash DrWatson records all of the diagnostic information for a 'Postmortem" evaluation. If DrWatson shows up with an error message you already have a problem and the OS is trying to gather the relevant diagnostic data.

Leave it alone.
