I have 3 computers.

One is the main computer and is the root of the network. The printer is connected via USB directly to this computer. This computer is hard wired to a router.

The second computer is also hard wired through the router. I cannot connect to the main computers printer. I see the main computer as well as the third computer in the network workgroup, but still cant connect tp printer. It doesnt even show up on the list.

Third computer is wireless and does have a connection to the router. I have access to internet and can also see the other two computers in the workgroup but cant connect to the printer.(cant see printer)

Printer sharing is on on the main computer..

I am stumped!

Have you checked you firewall settings? Make sure Printer/File sharing is checked.

I checked firewall. Printer sharing is checked off as an exception in the exceptions box.
