i got the same problem man, a mate of mine told me it was the RAM, he said its happened a million times and its the ram, but i bought new ram with the motherboard and its in properly, im sure of it, another guy told me i had to enable the motherboard vga, got no idea wot that means and the guys on this forum told me to do wot u did, remove all cards and clear cmos but nothing

apparently we're havin a common problem, its the power supply, it needs to be changed (which pisses me off, i already bought new mobo and new ram)
