Hey guys, yesterday my computer crashed like 4 times. The guy at circuit city said vista was very prone to crashing so when it crashed yesterday it was annoying but i let it go since i wasn't really working on anything important. So after the 4th crash, i got on the internet and it worked fine..but then it disconnected. I would try to go to a site and it just wouldnt load up.
But wait, I checked the internet connection and it was fine, the modem lights were on and everything was plugged in, I went to "check for problems" and it told me everything was fine!!! Which made me more mad!
So I restarted it and the internet worked again, only for it to disconnect again again after 2 minutes. It's been like that since yestrday, today it worked for like 1 hour then it stopped working. I just restarted my computer so after im done typing this, the internet should disconnect. BUt teh thing that really gets me is that it says that i'm still connected and the modem lights are still on!!
Does anyone have any clue what this could be???
