Tektronix Phaser 850 Printer Color Problems

I have been trying since last night to figure out what to do to change the color. I have created a CD Cover for our local Rocket Football Team and want to print them on my Tektronix Phaser 850. I am using Photoshop CS but have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I have always printed using the default settings (cuz I don't know how to change things or WHERE to change them and save them).

Any help would be appreciated.
