Heya.

A friend of mine is having trouble accessing my website. It's www.themenagerie.freeforums.org. He's using XP with IE 7, though he's tried firefox and opera. He's on a comcast connection. He's on a network in his home, and his computer is apparently the only one that won't access the site.

He's turned off filters, cleared caches, enabled the site and made it an exception, pinged it and so on and so forth. Microsoft says it's not their issue, comcast won't reply.

Advice??

Does your friend have Norton Firewall installed but the other computers in is household do not? If that is the case, it's Norton that's blocking it, even though it doesn't show that it's blocking it Norton can often screw up like that, blocking things invisibly. Uninstall it and replace with ZoneAlarm.
