I've fixed this once before (I think). New Toshiba laptop, Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2. Open Internet Explorer and get a "Page cannot be displayed" message. When typing in a new address, the address changes to "HTP///" and I get an "Address is Not Valid". Checked all the connection setting and all looks good.

If I run Firefox it works fine. User would prefere to user Internet Explorer...
