Basically, recently, whenever I use Spybot i get a cannot find riched20.dll error, although Spybot still opens but there is always that error message, and similar errors when i install other programs and i can't install programs that have a "license agreement" because the setup just freeze and closes down.

I think the installation problems have to do with the riched20.dll problems. My free memory space on the computer fluctuates as well.

Please help. If more information is needed I will fill in, but I don't really understand computers.

Oh, and I use two firewalls.. actually I deleted Norton anitivrus components mostly, but I still have the personal firewall and I have Zonelabs firewall and AVG antivirus. I tried to delete Norton personal firewall (cuz I thought it might help), and I downloaded a Removal tool but I can't install the tool also due to a riched20.dll error so I ahve both on my computer right now.

I think I might have nimda virus but I tried housecall and AVG virus scan and they didn't detect anything.

Thanks a lot
