Smitfraud Help Needed [RESOLVED]

The other day I was surfing the internet and closed up FireFox to be greeted with a Blue background with some information regarding smitfraud. I was unable to change it as when i went to i only had the Screen Saver and settings tab and i still only have them. I typed smitfraud into google and managed to find a site i think it was this one on how to get rid of the blue background. Now i keep gettin a warning box flashing at me saying i got 4 exploits and to click to sort them out. I kept getting popups while surfing the internet and some warning box cannot remember what it said though. Today i also stated gettin a dialler that dissconnects me from the internet about 2 minutes it was called GBDialler when it connects its adds a exe to my desktop. And it starts bringing up P*rn at me. Heres my HTJ log also:

I hope somebody can help me with this as i cannot connect to the net now with the laptop that is infected as the dialer keeps coming back and everything else no matter how many times i think ive sorted it by deleting etc.
