a virus was installed on my computer a week or so ago, i got a free trial of windows one livecare, and it removed almost all of it but there are still a few things left, one is the nssfrch toolbar, so i disabled it. also a message keeps popping up saying "Warning: possible spyware or adware infection! Click here to scan your computer for spyware and adware..." at the top of IE and every once in a while a new window will pop up saying a similar message. any help on getting rid of all this would be...er helpful. thanks!

P.S. today it also just started to randomly shut off about every 20 minutes or so
never mind about the crashing it was just over heating cause i had one of the vents blocked...i think
