Memory Error When Trying To Play Scarface

After I Installed Scarface, It Gave Me A Memory Error Saying : The instruction at "0x02c6dd27" refrenced memory at "0x0246d217". The Memory could not be "written".

And I Need Help To Fix The Problem Heres My Hijackthis Log.
