Please go to UploadMalware to upload a suspicious file for analysis.

• Enter your username from this forum
• Copy and paste the link to this thread
• Browse for this filename: C:\WINDOWS\system32\youmykls.dll
• In the comments, please mention that I asked you to upload this file
• Click on Send File

Repeat that for this file

C:\WINDOWS\system32\jkkll.dll



Delete your version of VundoFix.exe and do the following


Please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop.

• Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
• Put a check next to Run VundoFix as a task.
• You will receive a message saying vundofix will close and re-open in a minute or less. Click OK
• When VundoFix re-opens, click the Scan for Vundo button.
• Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
• In case it says that nothing was been found, Right click the list box (white box) in the main VundoFix window.
• Select “Add More Files?” from the menu that comes up. This will open a new VundoFix window.
• In the Window: copy and paste next in the first field: C:\WINDOWS\system32\youmykls.dll
• Copy and paste next in the second field: C:\WINDOWS\system32\jkkll.dll
• Click the “Add Files” button.
• Click the "Close Window" button.
• Click the Remove Vundo button.
• You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
• Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
• When completed, it will prompt that it will shutdown your computer, click OK.
• Turn your computer back on.
• Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThis log.

OH YEAH!!!!!!!!!! Followed your instructions, the new vundofix found the files and removed..I think you did it! I could not find a file C:\ WINDOWS\system32\youmykls.dll to upload to uploadmalware, but I did upload the jkkll.dll file. When I uninstalled vundofix and downloaded the new version you sent me it located and deleted about 6 files. I am including the vundofix.txt log and a new hijack for ya. Let me know if I need to do anything else. Kinda excited here.... by the way, when I posted my last reply i had not fully read the thread, didn't see page 2....don't want ya to think I wasn't trusting your instructions. You have been great....

Just wanted to give you an update..have had computer on several hours now and no security popups. Seems to be running good. Have done virus scan and removed all cookies etc. I do get an error message now when booting up , a box appears upon booting that says; error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\dkpjbilj.dll when i close the dialog box everything runs fine. Not sure what the error message refers to.

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.

• Close all other windows before proceeding.
• Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
• When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.
