Hello--My brand new HP wireless printer won't print. Was on the phone with HP support 2 1/2 hours changing drivers and all kinds of stuff to no avail. I think it's a driver issue because the printer will actually print pages but not on demand, so to speak.
Any help would be appreciated!

Since it is a wireless printer, how far away is the printer from your actual computer?

Well, the truth is, the printer won't print even when it's sitting right beside the router.

Okay I figured it out and I feel pretty dumb about the whole thing. I'm using WEP encryption and when I installed printer software it stated that if using WEP and multiple keys are offered, it must be set to the FIRST key. So when I changed my router setting to the first key and entered encryption code, then set the new printer to same, Bang, I got a printer. It's an HP 6988 wireless Inkjet and it works like a champ now.
