Let's go Bucks!
I like to watch the Ohio State Marching band at halftime, too.

WHat's YOUR favorite rivalry?

Why, State of Origin, of course :)

And seeing as I go for the Maroons, I guess I'm betting on the Maroon-coloured team (red, if you must) :)

I knew that there was a good reason why I liked you so much Johanna! :) Oh why o why o why o would you not cheer for Ohio! Go Bucks! Like Tressel said, "We have always had the best band in the land and now we have the best team in the land!" This is always one of my favorite weekends of the year. My other favorite rivalry is the longest running NFL rivalry...Chicago vs. Green Bay....GO BEARS!!!!!!!!

Look a little closer Tal, two different countries and two different sports.
I am going to throw a third sport in.

What's YOUR favorite rivalry?

Germany and Argentina.
Many great matches over the years.

Oh :) You confused me.

No favorite rivalry, I'm waiting for the EuroLeague games. Obviously I'm a fan of Macabbi Elite Tel Aviv, anyone seem them play? 4 EuroLeague cups in a row (!). Hope they take it this year (previous two years they weren't too good).

Talking about Basketball, obviously.

I lost interest in football many, many years ago!In the old days there where only germans on the teams, the love for the game was moore important than the money!To-days sport is just about money,
steroids, scandals and you have 11players+11translaters on the team!

Wow, ultra marathons? 50 or 100 mile? My next door neighbor is runs marathons, ultra marathons, and has also competed in triathlons, and she has a good friend who has been running ultra marathons for 20+ years. My neighbor is running this race on Sunday. I just can't even imagine running that far.
