Well I followed your instructions and still no luck, so i went on to the next step which is this.
Getting pop ups all the time(even when explorer isn't open), its changing my home page and I am getting an error message when I start my computer about c:/windows/cfgmgr51.dll. The computer is also very slow.
I tried every program you have put up there, and even bought a few.
