I have a Dell and Windows XP

When I try to click a link on my banking page I get a little graphic of a mini wab page with a Red X and a error beep. the beep is a single Beep, or maybe it isn't a beep at all but an error sound generated by Windows none the less.

This problem has also occured on a forum when I tried to upload a photo.

I've encountered this once beofre but can't rmember the cause or the cure.

I did a system restore a few days ago for an unrelated problem, now today I get this.

Any suggestions?

Go easy I'm not a geek or even a semi geek..............just an addict to the net.

Please state which web-browser you are using when that problem occurs, since if it's a problem with the browser, the 'fix' depends on which one it is.
Indeed, if it is problem browser, a temporary 'workaround' may be to use a different browser until a solution is found. Trying a different browser is in itself helpful in determining where the problem stems from.
