Hi. I keep getting the Dr Watson Post Mortem Debugger error message too often.
my file folders need to be terminated every time when I want everything to unfreeze.
By the way, this most often happens when I drag and drop files.

I'm quite sure that this is not malware as this is a new system.

Any help would be great.

Hello yuriki-kun and welcome to geeks to go!,

I apologize for your long wait. You could have an issue with a context menu shell extension. Use Nirsoft's ShellExView to view the shell extensions. Use ShellExView to disable all non-MS extensions and then you can enable them one at a time to narrow down the problem.

A good place to start might involve uninstalling BitComet, as it appears to have quite a few shell extensions.

Regards,

Ax
