cud sum 1 please help me ,my broad band as been goin slow when i phoned them up 2 tell them they told me to go into my start then run and put in cmd and hit ok , when i do that it will not let me trype in there so they said they can do nothing 2 help me , but 30 secons l8r i get a box jump up and its says ......C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.com The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction CS:e8eb IP:71ce OP:of 00 01 00 96

It sounds to me like your system may have been infected with some form of malware. Do not worry though, we have great malware experts that can take a look for you.
