I have a program called "Folder Lock", Its the 5.6.0 version.
It is used to password protect/encrypt any file, document, etc...that you place inside its "Locker".
I recently opened the program, entered my password and was SHOCKED to see that not a single one of my files, documents or pictures was in there.
These items are irreplaceable and are vital to my business operations.

Does anybody know how I can recover these files??

Thank you in advance.

Usually this can be resolved by locking up and unlocking the folder again.
The important thing to remember with this program that the files are simply hidden - they're not lost.

If you contact the people who made this software, they should send you a removal tool or be able to provide instructions to recover the files.

I've tried locking and unlocking many times....didn't work.
I'm having a difficult time reaching anybody at the company or getting any response from them. I'll keep trying though.
Thanks for your help.
