I have been getting popups saying that the system is infected with worm.win32.netsky.
I have no idea how to get rid of it. I have run norton, avg, etc but everything says that the system is running normal.
Please help.

Then if that does not fix your problem please post a HijackThis log in this forum

Someone will be able to help you remove your malware in that forum.
