Hmm you actually dont have that option? what kind of soundcard do you have. those option are the same options as in your soundcard preferences in the mixer settings. I have a sounblaster Audigy LS and it comes with a surround mixer. if none of the selections are working then maybe you dont have the option. and you can use it.
