My EQ Client keeps crashing too...

Sometimes I get:

1) a complete system freeze,
2) a complete system freeze with video locked up,
3) Everquest "not responding", OR...
4) two applications linked to one process under Task Manager.

I have reloaded everything, updated sound and video drivers as well as system BIOS and DirectX. Partial and Full system recovery. Replaced Video card in case it was over-heating. My NEW computer has been into HP for complete diagnostics. I have followed EVERY single EQ tech support knowledge base suggestion plus those of their on-line support. My EQ is loaded from PLATINUM disks, which were loaded on my old computer and worked fine.

NOTHING is helping. ARGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

My system is:
AMD Athlon 64 3200+
1 GB PC2700 RAM
SB Audigy 2 ZS
GeForce FX5200XT

Any ideas out there??? Help us please! <_<
