Hello:

A lady at our work had Office 2000 installed. She started getting error messages when opening excel spreadsheets that data may have been lost. When she click's OK, the program closes. We uninstalled Office 2000 and installed Office XP. She is still getting this message on about every other spreadsheet or so. I am able to open those spreadsheets on other computers just fine.

Anyone heard of this before?

Any and all information will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Magus

Hello Magus,

The only reference I've seen to this is in corrupt Excel files. Otherwise, does she have any startup documents that load when Excel loads?
