Just updated my Windows XP home with 1G memory and a new DVD recorder (Memorex 20x.) I'm trying to save some movies that I took with my digital camera. They are mov and wmv extensions. I tried Nero and Real Player and I keep getting the following error; "The specified destination directory 'D:\is not writeable. Please specify a differnt location." The DVD-R I am using is a TDK color DVD-R 1-16X. I can play and audio CD and view a DVD. I went under computer management and it says the drive is "healthy" What am I doing wrong???
