Hey guys :tazz:
My Norton antivirus said I have this backdoor virus but no matter what I do I cannot get rid of it. Norton cannot delete the file from windows\system32\thun32.dll. I've run Adware and Spybot without any luck. I have recently downloaded Zone Alarm. After reading as many forums as possible I've downloaded HJT and Cleanup, but not run anything yet. I went to the Symantec site and went through the recommended steps but that didn't help either.
Please tell me what I need to do to get rid of this creep.
Here is my log
