Troj/Vitrum-GEN Troj/Dwnldr-GEN infection

I'm having trouble removing a Troj/Vitrum-Gen and Troj/Dwnldr-gen...
I've tried to clean up with HJT as much as possible, but I cannot delete the infected file (C:\WINDOWS\system32\khhgf.dll) because it is being held open by this process: C:\WINDOWS\system32\lsass.exe

I use Sophos for virus protection, and have been trying to regain full function of my laptop for a week. I've tried following other posts on the board, but have had no success in eliminating the problem.

To summarize what I've tried:

VundoFix cannot find any vundo on my computer

HJT and KillBox cannot delete the files using the "delete on reboot" settings.

Sophos Emergency scanner run from command prompt in safe mode cannot remedy the problem either.

As far as I can tell, one of the trojans is coming from some TMP files in

C:\Documents and Settings\Tim\Local Settings\temp

but I cannot delete these files as they are being used by some software, and killing explorer.exe (since khhgf.dll is a BHO) does not allow me to delete the
files from a command prompt.



Any help would be very appreciated as I have a bunch of specialized software on my machine that I cannot replace

by the way, I renamed HJT to sceenme.exe (from the desktop) so if you see that in the v.2.0.0 (BETA) log, that's what it is...
