Update:So i've been reading around and i found out that when im in the Computer Management Services area, alot of stuff seems to be disabled, and i cant seemed to re-inable PnP and UpNp, it says Configuration Manager: The plug and play service or another required service is not available
and after that i cant click anything else. Also when i go msconfig, the plug and play is disabled and i can enabled it. Also in safemode my device manager is also empty

also when i run the sfc /scannow it just disappears .
