Everything I try to download, from every website, get's capped at 157KB/s. It can never surpass this number, and in the past I was able to download at speeds of 400-500KB/s. Is there a setting that needs to be tweaked with my router or something? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

I have a DSL connection and a SpeedStream 6520 router.

Settings affecting download speed shouldn't change by themselves if it used to be okay. You should contact your internet provider and check if there's a reason for it at their end.
