Alright, so I had the one that took over the desktop and put up the warning about not having a spyware program and so on, I ran Norton and Adaware and managed to get rid of the warning, the two problems remaining are 1st. My desktop is still black, and when I go into display properties only the screensaver tab and the settings tab are shown. 2nd: my IIS website that I host now sends a timed out message to anyone trying to access, here is my hijackthis log.
