I'm having issues with not being able to open Excel files - windows keeps trying to find the proplus.msi file. Also, I can't open Windows Explorer - when I try it freezes for a while, then the Dr Watson debugger thingy comes up, then after a few moments it returns to normal.
I've tried to help myself; but it seems everyone's HJT log has something different.
I have already d/loaded:

I've also recently installed Norton 2005 and done all the updates.
I've tried running what I can in safe mode, but have not touched registry entries.
