Transferring songs

i have songs on my ipod from my old desktop computer and that comp doesn't work any more and on my current laptop i have more music i want to put on my ipod but i don't want to delete previous songs is there a way to add on without deleting old songs?

Yes, there is.

1.) Open My Computer.
2.) Connect your iPod with a USB cable.
3.) Find the new drive found by the drive manager.
4.)
a. If you want to copy songs FROM your iPod:
Go into the drive, copy the files, navigate to where you want to paste it and paste it.
b. If you wait to copy songs TO your iPod:
Go into the drive the songs you want to copy are in, copy the files, navigate back to My Computer, select the iPod and paste inside the designated folder.
