I made an employment application for this place I volunteer; the only thing is I have no clue how to code forms. It's all laid out, already, with the text boxes and whatnot in there. If someone is willing to donate their time to a non-profit organization, I would really appreciate it. Please PM me. What I need, is someone who can take the layout and make it so it e-mails what the user inputted to me. I am not sure what way would be easiest to do this. Anything works. Not meaning to be picky, but I can't have it where it sends the e-mail using the name of all of the fields in alphabetical order. I need it to be formatted so it is understandable.

PS - It needs a submit button too, but if you like, I will put that in there before I send it to you.
