Ok here goes..

My homepage keeps resetting to hotoffers.info, there is a bunch of icons on my desktop that I can delete but come back a few seconds later if I do for misc things. Also I have a red circle with a white X icon in my taskbar next to the clock that popsup different stuff like "Your network is being attacked" etc. I also get dialog boxes that come up saying that im infected with spyware etc. here is my Hijack Log (I have run norton av, adaware pro, spybot, etc cant get this crap to go away! please help!):
