i have the same problem on my new computer and ive tried several things im using the Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 950 and i use to use the geforce 5200 which is only 128mb but it ran it and my new one is 256mb so it should work but i always get the error ive reinstalled the game ive tried to get directx 9 obviously that didnt work and i also tried system restore to the day before when i first hooked it up. If someone can help it would be much appreciated. Thanks

Intergrated graphics are not designed to play video games. There is a lot more than video memory that is required for them to perform that task. most dx errors can be solved by updating the video drivers. In your case this may not work, but it is still worth trying.

Also you can go to http://microsoft.com/directx and download the latest build of direct x for your system.
