Hi,
I am trying to run the two program snow, but I cannot get the first to work! opnes in mozilla, says I need IE5 or higher, but try to open in IE6 and just get blank page. allowed all the activex stuff for the second, and that is now doing its thing. Any suggestions for the panda one?

Nope!
rest of site opens fine in IE, prompts for activex etc, allfine, then try to get onto the ativescan page and it all goes blank!! aargh!
gonna contact them now..

Well I cant get the trend micro one working either..in mozilla, even after downloading newest java etc, says system does not pass compatibility check, and in IE, does not work. errors on page. great! really enjoying this! lol

Ok, I seem to have finally cracked it. Cheers for all the help guys, here was my gremlin. Wonder why other checkers didn't pick it up..

Had to manually remove files.

It all appears to be! just rescanning again with trend, which found it.
had to delete helper.exe from system32 folder.
couldn't get that pandasoftware workin btw.
anyway, thanks again, hopefully I won't be back in a hurry!!!

Well if everything is clean, here are some preventions to help protect your computer.

To keep your computer safe
-Make sure you have all critical updates installed.
-To make sure that you have got a firewall running when your connected to the internet and Anti-virus software which has the latest updates.
