PATH looks okay. Are the commands still on your hard drive? They should be in C:\Windows\system32.

Hmmm, can you verify all the paths exist?

PATH=
%SystemRoot%\system32;
%SystemRoot%;
%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;
C:\Program Files\Sun\JavaDB\bin;
C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2007b\bin;
C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2007b\bin\win32;
C:\Program Files\Private Shell;
C:\Program Files\QuickTime\QTSystem\;
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Roxio Shared\DLLShared\;
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Roxio Shared\9.0\DLLShared\;
C:\Program Files\yagarto\bin;
C:\Program Files\yagarto-tools-20070303\bin;
C:\Program Files\mchelper;
C:\Program Files\SSH Communications Security\SSH Secure Shell

What do you get is you open a command prompt and enter

echo %SystemRoot%

It should return C:\Windows

The system registry environment variable type should be REG_EXPAND_SZ, not REG_SZ as in my case
