Upgrading To Vista 64 from 32 xp oem

Well the os im using currently is a 32bit oem xp version. But im getting a better processor and already got 4g memory installed and i am currently wanting to get vista 64 now. But i was wondering if it was possible to buy a upgrade version of vista ..for example http://www.viosoftwa...paign=66I-00488 . Is it possible?, im not really educated enough for oem versions of operating system.
