missing file

I have been using ACDSee 4.0 to view all my pics and not sure what changed but I couldn't view any of the pics and I get a message saying I am missing "IDE_ACDStd.apl" - I have checked though the files and I have one called IDE_ACDStd. Can someone tell me what I need is it another file that is missing or is it the naming convetion of this one?
