Hiya,

need some real geek help here. Firstly apologises if this has been addressed in a previous topic.

I get 2 warning messages at startup.
'Windows cannot find... C:\WINDOWS\system32\vtsqr.exe'
'Could not load or run... C:\WINDOWS\system32\vtsqr.exe
specified in registry.
Make sure file exists on your computer or remove the reference to it on the registry.'

Microsoft support doesnt have a solution to 'vtsqr.exe' - just the system32 which when I follow their instructions it directs me to files that dont exist in my registry.

The internet acts weird as a result... pop ups and virus warning messages regularly appear even though we have an updated and paid for Norton Anti Virus software package installed.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks.
