I have done my port forwarding, done setting up my static IP threw ITCP Protocols and ditto with other computers on my network.
What else needs to be done because i still cannot create online Warcraft 3 frozen throne games

Are you on a network? In my case, being on one, I can not host games, nor invite others for arrange teams

You need to do the port forwading through the windows firewall or a persoanel firewall you have if you already havent
