I am running xp on a computer that I just got and am trying to install my printer software. It gets 45% done then gives me the internal error 2343.

Don't know alot about computers xp chat sent me to a site that said i needed to run regedit and change alot of things - i know that's not good

can anyone help me with this...please?????

Welcome to G2G.

You're best bet is to call the printer manufacturer's tech support and work with them to resolve the problem.

You can read through this post and see if it helps, but if not, call them.
