Do i need yop.exe on startup?

yop.exe is a process that starts with norton protection center when you get it from rogers but do i need it on startup? all it seems to do is tell me the last time ive scanned and its kind of annoying and i wanna know if i can remove it from startup.. or do i need it there

This is not required to run at startup, as it can be accessed by you when needed. It's the dashboard module for Yahoo Online Protection, so presumably it's where you can make changes if needed.
