hi, i am new to this site.. and i don't know norms of this forum. i got a query, and as i wasn't sure where to put it, so started a new topic.

so heres my query -

actually i'm working on a software project, and i am kind of stuck up between, as i want to connect that software through web. the problem i am facing is , ip of a computer keeps on changing over the net, so i don't know how to connect.

is there any means by which i can maintain ips of two computer constant over the net? like some kind of software?

i am sorry i am an amateur at this networking thingy, please do help me out.
