Optimization of Outlook 2007

This isn't really a specific error message problem or anything, but is are there any quick fixes to make Microsoft Outlook 2007 run ANY faster. It seems to run so poorly and I have a fairly decent set-up.

Or should I just find a new e-mail client?

Suggestions?
