why is it that when i insert dvds in my computer it says d: drive not assesible, rentry!! ps my computer has got a dvd drive......... hoe can i fix this problem?

yes it can read cds n play clips that i save on re-writable cds but cant play from dvd cds.

yeah i installed that programme as well but it still does not work.
