Microsoft Visual C++ Debug library please help me it pops up.

it has three options abort, retry and ignore. if i click abort it exits and if i click retry or ignore it pops up again. please help me. :)

Uninstall and reinstall the programs in question - in your case, Firefox and iTunes.
